New to poledance?

  • Do I need any prior dance or fitness experience?

    Pole dancing, as any other sport, is unique in it’s own way. While previous experiences might help a bit, it is not necessary. Our classes are structured by level, allowing everybody to start depending on their experience. If this is your first time trying pole, make sure to join a Trial class.

  • What should I wear to a pole dance class?

    For the best experience possible, bring either shorts or leggings that can roll over your knees. In pole dancing we need a lot of skin so we can grip the pole, so shorts, sports bra and a tank top are the best way to go. On your first class we provide you with a towel to clean the pole as well, however moving forward you will have to bring your own as well.

  • What class should I book as a beginner and how do I book it?

    If you have never tried pole dancing (or you have tried it once, at a bachelor/ette party a long time ago) the Pole Trial is a great first class for you. If you want to start your pole journey now, select Schedule from our menu, find a class & click “Book”. The system will prompt you to create a profile & buy a credit for a trial class. Once you have bought the credit, you will need to book the class you want to join from the schedule.

Memberships

  • What's the best membership for me?

    Our memberships are structured according to how intense you are training as an individual. Beginners might start with a “Pole Explorer” which has a limit of 5 classes per month. Once you got a bit more comfortable and you would like to train more, you can upgrade to a “Pole Enthusiast” and once you are ready to train by yourself in the studio on top of the classes, then “Pole Expert” is for you. However, there are no rules and in the end, it’s all up to YOU!

  • Do I have to pay the registration fee if I want to upgrade my membership?

    No. If you would like to upgrade your membership, send us an email at hello@nordicpole.dk and we will switch it for you, avoiding the registration fee. Please note that upgrading to “Pole Expert or switching to “Ms/Mr Independent” will have a 100dkk fee for keys to access the studio.

  • Is there a discount for students?

    Yes there is! We have 10% student discount on all our memberships. It does not apply to fees nor single credits. You will need to send your student ID (including expiration date) to hello@nordicpole.dk before your next payment. If we do not receive your ID, you will automatically transfer to the standard membership.

  • Can I put my membership on pause?

    You can put your membership on pause for maximum 3 months. In case your pause is within the 3-month binding period, the binding period will pause as well and will re-activate once you are back. Write us an e-mail at hello@nordicpole.dk and let us know when should your pause start and for how long ( 1, 2 or 3 months). This service is has an administration fee of 50dkk.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Reach out to hello@nordicpole.dk and let us know when would you like your memebership to end.

  • What is the cancelation policy?

    You can cancel at anytime after your 3-month binding period. However, if you write before the 15th of the month, your membership can be terminated by the end of the same month. If you write after the 15th of the month, your membership will end at the end of the following month.
