Your First Class: A Step-by-Step Guide
Booking a Spot:
To secure your place, head to our schedule (on website or Glofox app) and look for Pole Intro classes. Register an account and book a spot on the classPrepare for the class:
Pack a water bottle, a small cloth used for cleaning the pole, and shorts to wear for the class. You can train barefoot or wear socks.Arrival:
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled and familiarise yourself with the studio and check in procedure. Your instructor will welcome you upon arrival and show you what to do.Class Duration:
Your first class will last 55 minutes and this is where the true fun begins. Your instructor will guide you through techniques and movements, that set the foundation for pole dance. Remember, everyone learns at their own pace, so focus on your progress, not perfection.Wrap-Up:
Don’t rush out! Take a moment to chat with your instructors and classmates. Share your experiences, ask questions, and soak in the joy of accomplishing your very first pole dance class!
