For members with Pole Expert or Miss/Mr Independent membership

Keys to the studio

Having access to do pole dancing outside of class hours has many great benefits. First of all, it gives you the flexibility to choose your own practice time that fits your schedule. Secondly, it’s a great opportunity to self-reflect and re-visit tricks you have learned in classes. Also, it gives you the perfect outlet to let go, explore and find your unique pole dance style.

At Nordic Pole we’re proud of our community and love to share our space with you. The only thing we ask of you is to respect our studio & members and follow our guidelines & rules. Happy training!

Nordic Pole Studio Key Holder Contract

Nordic Pole ApS CVR: 42531065

1. Key Management

  • Eligibility: Only members of Nordic Pole with an active "Pole Expert" or "Miss/Mr Independent" membership are permitted to hold a key to the studio. This access is strictly personal and non-transferable.

  • Collection and Return: The key holder is responsible for picking up the key from the studio, and returning the key upon termination of membership. The key must be returned before the membership expires. When collecting or returning the key, the key holder must scan the designated QR code by the entrance to confirm the transaction. This ensures proper documentation of key pickups and returns.

  • Duplication: Duplication of studio keys is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of the membership and may lead to legal action.

  • Penalty for Lost Keys: Losing the studio key will result in a penalty of 750,- DKK. This fee covers the cost of admin work and issuing a new key.

2. Studio Access and Usage

  • Access Hours: Studio access is only permitted between 07:00 and 22:00. All training must be completed by 22:00, and the studio must be vacated by 22:15.

  • General access: Members are only allowed to use the main pole room, changing room, kitchen and bathroom facilities. Members should not access the storage room, front desk area, or any other facilities that are limited to Nordic Pole employees only. The only exception to using the storage room, is if you need to bring out the crash mats.

  • Check-in/registration: Upon entering the studio, check-in is required via scanning the QR code for key-holders by the front desk.

  • Permitted Activities: The studio may only be used for self-training. Any other activities, such as photoshoots, workshops, private class, or events, require prior booking and will incur additional fees.

  • Guest Policy: Only the designated key holder may use the facilities. Guests are not allowed unless a prior written agreement is made with Kristvør or Martian for each visit, with an additional fee of 119,- DKK per guest per hour.

  • Personal Filming: Key holders are permitted to film themselves during their training sessions. However, they must ensure that no other individuals are filmed, either actively or in the background, without their explicit consent.

  • Music/Noise Control: Music must not exceed volume level 25 on the stereo at any time. Additionally, all windows and doors must remain fully closed while music is playing to minimise noise disturbances for the neighbours. There may be exceptions to this rule, where you need to play at a lower volume. A general rule of thumb is that you should be able to hear another person talk at a normal volume.

  • Respect and Atmosphere: All members are expected to act respectfully toward one another and contribute to a positive atmosphere. If two or more personal complaints are received about a key holder, they will receive a written warning. If another complaint is made thereafter, their key access will be revoked immediately.

  • Cleanliness and Order: Key holders must ensure that the studio is left in the same condition as it was found. This includes turning off lights, switching off the stereo, closing windows, cleaning stains off the floor from your heels and locking the door upon departure.

  • Interruption-Free Cleaning: When the studio is cleaned, you should adjust your training to give room for the cleaning. This may mean that you need to switch poles or have a short break e.g. while the floor is being cleaned.

4. Use of poles

  • Spin/Static: All poles are Lupit pole stainless steel (42mm) using their quick lock system. This means that no screws should be touched when switching between static and spinning mode. Please consult with the team, if you need help on how to do this.

  • Instalment: You are not allowed to install, uninstall or in any way tamper with how the pole is installed. If anything seems off, please contact Nordic Pole admins.

  • Jewellery: Take off all jewellery that can leave marks on the pole. Finger rings should always be taken off.

  • Cleaning: Please clean the pole and any marks on the floor from using heels.

5. Event Restrictions

  • Use During Events: The studio is unavailable for self-training during booked events. These events are marked as classes on the regular schedule. Nordic Pole reserves the right to make last-minute bookings, which will take precedence over self-training sessions. You need to finish training 15 minutes before an event begins and leave the studio before the event begins.

6. Security and Surveillance

  • Security Camera: A security camera is installed at the studio entrance, recording all entries and exits for security and data purposes. The recorded data is stored securely and deleted after 30 days. The video data will be used to ensure compliance with the established rules within this contract.

  • Real-Time Communication via Camera: Administrators have the ability to communicate with members via the security camera. If a noise complaint is received from a neighbor, we may attempt to contact the key holder either through the camera system or via the mobile number listed in Glofox.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgement
By signing this contract, I hereby acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and fully understand the terms and conditions for holding a key to the Nordic Pole studio located at Studiestræde 32B, 1455 Copenhagen. I agree to comply with all terms and conditions and am aware that any breach of these terms will result in penalties, including but not limited to the immediate revocation of key privileges.
